About the course

The Trainer Upskill Course is based on the NEETs Programme and trains and educates Socio Inclusion workers in a new and effective manner to become knowledgeable and successful trainers of the Follow-us Training programme for NEETs. It is designed to provide the necessary knowledge and skill to the Follow-us trainers in a convenient way.

The course is structured in the form of Modules and contains subjects of Social Media, Digital Marketing, Key Competence training methods and Employment & Entrepreneurship support. With this effective strategy, organisations that will implement the Follow-us Training Programme, during and after the project lifetime, will act as “Easy-access one-stop-shops” promoted by Youth Guarantee, as they will become centres where NEETs can gain training, certifications, and transition to work but also a place where they will find motivation, engagement and peer-to-peer support to avoid future marginalization.

Go through the course materials at your own pace and take the assessment at your convenience. Scoring more than 50% on the multiple-choice questions will allow you to download your Course completion Certificate for the completion of the Trainer Upskill Course.
