The (3R) REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE - ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS course gives you an overview of environmental issues and the impact of recycling on reducing waste materials. This course is designed to be interactive and hands-on, so your input and feedback will be critical to our success.
This course consists of 3 modules. We invite you to go through the course materials at your own pace and take the assessments at your convenience. Once you have completed all the steps, you can download your course completion certificate.

During this module you will learn to:
- Reduce! Think about what you throw away? Can someone else find a way to use it? One person's trash is another person's treasure!
- Reuse! Reusing material can greatly reduce waste material disposal and thus contribute to protecting the environment.
- Recycle! If you cannot reduce or recycle, do not throw it away! Recycle

During this module you will learn to:
- Look around the classroom. What materials can you name that we can reduce by using?
- What materials that seem like trash to you right now can be reused
- What materials we use in class can be recycled and how can we make use of them

During this module you will learn:
- That it all starts with you! Take your knowledge home and apply it to your daily life
- To encourage others to contribute to recycling in your home and where you live
