This course supports young VET learners from rural communities — especially NEETs and those with limited opportunities — to develop practical social-entrepreneurship and business-development competences tailored to rural economies. Each module contains video, presentation, evaluation quizzes. Business plan and Case Study Handbooks are also included to help you learn theory and apply it through exercises and case studies.
The course aims to reduce youth unemployment by developing market-research, business-planning, financial literacy, stakeholder engagement, sustainable business modelling, digital promotion and impact-measurement skills needed to launch viable rural social enterprises.
Course aim and objectives
The scope of this course is to offer you clear information and practical guidance to develop social-entrepreneurship and business-development competences for rural economies, and to apply those competences when designing, launching and managing sustainable social enterprises. It is intended to give you a full understanding of the following topics:

- Financial Literacy and Planning for Rural Social Enterprises
