The certificate will be awarded in recognition of the acquired skills and for the successful completion of the online course and examination on the Effective communication topic.
The trainee have to complete each "Module" (open and read) one by one. When each module is completed, just click refresh page and the test "Module achievements", will be available. If your score is more than 50%, then click refresh again and the next module will become visible.
The final test with 40 multiple choice questions will give you the possibility to demonstrate the achievements and to download the Certificate of Course Completion (passing score 60%).
