  • Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Curriculum supports teachers, parents and students in building a shared approach to well-being across the school community. This resource includes curriculum modules for teachers, practical activity plans for parents, and activity plans for students in lower primary, upper primary and lower secondary school education.

The curriculum is organised around six key SEL topics, each designed to support social and emotional development at school and at home:

    • Emotional Awareness and Regulation
    • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Resilience and Coping Strategies
    • Empathy and Perspective-Taking
    • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving
    • Mindfulness and Stress Reduction

The teacher modules provide structured guidance for implementing SEL in school settings, while the parent and student activity plans support practical learning beyond the classroom. Together, these resources help school communities encourage emotional awareness, communication, empathy, resilience, responsible decision-making and stress reduction.
