This course is designed to strengthen the continuous professional development (CPD) of VET professionals, helping them adapt their programmes to better engage and support learners from rural areas. Each module contains presentation and evaluation quizzes. Facilitator Handbook is also included to help you learn theory and apply it through lesson plans.
The course aims to strengthen the capacity of VET professionals by developing digital pedagogy, digital competence, rural-context adaptation skills, online delivery approaches for social entrepreneurship learning, innovative teaching methods, and effective assessment and feedback practices needed to design and deliver high-quality training for rural learners.
Course aim and objectives
The scope of this course is to provide clear, practical guidance that enables VET professionals to modernise their training practice for rural contexts—strengthening digital pedagogy, improving training accessibility, and supporting rural learners through more engaging and relevant learning experiences. It is intended to give VET professionals a solid understanding of the following module topics:
- Digital Pedagogy in VET
- Digital Competence for VET Professionals
- Adapting Training to Rural Contexts
- Online Social Entrepreneurship Training
- Innovative Teaching Methods in VET
- Assessment and Feedback in Online Learning
